Other delicacies from the state include Churma Ladoo (Desi Ghee Ladoos served after Dal Bati), Badam ka Halwa, Aam ki Launji (an instant pickle made of raw mangoes), Methi Bajra Poori, Mawa Kachori (Kachori filled with dry fruits and Khoya, deep fried and dipped in sugar syrup), Pyaaz Kachori, Shahi Gatte (a richer version of the popular dish, Masala Gatte), Gujia, Kalmi Vada (deep fried Gram Dal, best enjoyed with spicy green chutney), Ghevar (disc-shaped sweet, prepared with ghee, flour, paneer and sugar syrup) and Balushahi.
